Simulcasts. Each News Writer assigned by the Company to write a network program for simulcast shall, if both the radio and television programs are commercially sponsored, receive a total fee of l33-1/3% of the applicable television program fee (if only one medium is sponsored, he/she shall receive the appropriate rate for that medium as set forth in Subparagraph 1 or 2 of this Paragraph F).

Simulcasts. Producer shall have the right to simulcast the performer's performance over both television stations and commercial radio stations without payment of any additional fee, where the performer receives not less than the applicable minimum television scale under this Agreement, plus the applicable half-hour radio scale (including one (1) hour of rehearsal if required under the Radio Code) under the then current AFTRA National Code of Fair Practice for Commercial Radio Broadcasting, where the radio broadcast is commercial, or the applicable minimum radio scale set forth in Paragraph 76 of the then current AFTRA National Sustaining Radio Agreement, where the radio broadcast is sustaining. The hour of rehearsal referred to herein shall be available to Producer for use. It may be used without reference to the television minimum call if it is used for radio purposes only. A broadcast shall be deemed to be a simulcast if one (1) performance of that broadcast is used for both radio and television. Except as otherwise specified herein, all provisions of the said AFTRA Codes shall be applicable to simulcasts. The Producer shall have the right to simulcast the performer's performance over both television stations and noncommercial FM radio stations without payment of any additional fee where the performer receives not less than the applicable minimum television scale under this Agreement. The Producer shall have the right to release audio cassettes of a program upon payment to the performers appearing in the program of ten percent (10%) of the gross receipts of the Producer.

Related to Simulcasts

  • Streaming The Licensee is entitled to an unlimited amount audio streams (on all streaming platforms such as Spotify) and unlimited video streams (on all platforms supporting video such as Youtube) for the song(s) created with the composition. All streaming royalties generated by the Licensee's song(s) belong to the Licensee.

  • Gambling Lotteries; bidding fee auctions; sports forecasting or odds making; fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes; Internet gaming; contests; sweepstakes; games of chance.

  • Lottery The lottery shall be conducted as set forth in the Application, and shall be designed in such a manner that it gives a parent or any other legal guardian a reasonable opportunity to participate in the lottery. If the number of applicants for admission exceeds the capacity stated in the Charter for any grade, building, or program, the Organizer must conduct a random lottery for enrollment, giving each timely applicant an equal chance of admission, with the following exceptions:

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Camps a) Camps are not permitted within eighty (80) road kilometres of Regina or Saskatoon.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • PATROL VIDEO SYSTEMS 2 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 3 has provided, or will provide, patrol video systems (hereinafter called “PVS”) 4 that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles designated by COUNTY for 5 use within CITY service area.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.
