Common use of Signs Clause in Contracts

Signs. Lessee shall have the right to install and maintain a sign or signs advertising Lessee's business, provided that the signs conform to law, and further provided that the sign or signs conform specifically to the written requirements of the appropriate governmental authorities.

Signs. Lessee shall have the right to install and maintain on the Building and elsewhere on the Leased Premises a sign or signs advertising Lessee's businessbusiness (including, without limitation, pylon and/or monument signs), provided that the signs conform to law, and further provided that the sign or signs conform specifically to the written requirements of the appropriate governmental authorities.

The exact size, design, configuration and further provided that location of the sign or signs conform specifically shall be subject to the Lessor's prior written requirements of the appropriate governmental authoritiesapproval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Signs.
