SIGNING IN AND OUT. Members of the bargaining unit must sign in and out of their building if they leave the building during the school day. Signing in and out may be accomplished in person at the principal’s office or electronically from the individual’s classroom computer.

SIGNING IN AND OUT. It i s mandatory by state law that a l l parents/guardians must sign in/out with a full signature when dropping off and sign out with a full signature when picking up a student. Signatures must be clear and legible enough to be able to read in case of an emergency. There will be $10.00 fee incurred for each missing s ignature. STUDENT DROP – OFF Student’s should not be left unattended by parents, guardians, or family members in a rush to drop-off children. Families and/or parents and guardians must ensure the safety of their child by handing them directly to a staff member . STUDENT PICK – UP Please be prompt when picking up your child at your agreed program time (see above for selected program). If a longer school day i s desired, please contact us to confirm program availability and make tuition adjustments to your account. School snacks are: crackers, fruits, fruit juices, milk, water and other healthy snacks , depending on the parent’s preferences and child’s choices. PLEASE AVOID SENDING FOODS OR SNACKS THAT MAY CONTAIN PEANUTS FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS WITH NUT ALLERGIES. NUTS OR ANY PRODUCTS THAT MAY CONTAIN NUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT SCHOOL AND WILL BE SAFELY DISPOSED OF. Student’s can choose to bring lunch from home or order hot lunches through our pre-paid hot lunch program. Hot lunches from the school are $2.50 per day. Pizza day i s every Friday. Lunches from home should be brought in shatter-proof containers that are labeled with your child’s name. Thermos and i ce packs are encouraged to maintain temperature at which the food i s to be eaten due to time constraints and the staff cannot prepare frozen meals . WARM-UPS in a microwave safe container that can be warmed under 3 minutes are okay.
SIGNING IN AND OUT. Boarders must sign in every day on return from school. They must sign in personally with the person on duty. On Sunday they must sign in with the staff member on duty. Exeats will be given to leave the hostel grounds. Bunking out of the hostel without permission will result in one warning, any other occurrence will result in immediate dismissal from the hostel.
SIGNING IN AND OUT. Unit members shall, each workday, on the form provided by the District, sign in at the site administrator’s or designated office at the beginning of the workday and record the time he/she signs in, and sign out at the end of the workday and record the time he/she signs out.
