Common use of Signing Bonus Clause in Contracts

Signing Bonus. Executive shall be entitled to a signing bonus in the amount of US$1,000,000 (the “Signing Bonus”). The Signing Bonus shall be earned and payable by Company check or immediately available funds on April 1, 2021.

The Signing Bonus shall be earned and payable by Company check or immediately available funds on April 1, 2021paid to the Executive during the first payroll period after the Effective Date.

Signing Bonus. At the Effective Date, Executive shall be entitled to receive a signing bonus in the amount of US$1,000,000 (the “Signing Bonus”). The Signing Bonus shall be earned and payable by Company check or immediately available funds on April 1, 2021$200,000.

Except as provided in Sections 4(c) and 4(d) of this Agreement, Executive must be employed by the Company on March 31, 2006 (the “Signing Bonus Accrual Date”) to be eligible for the Signing Bonus.
