Common use of Significant Customers and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Significant Customers and Suppliers. No customer or supplier that was significant to the Company during the period covered by the financial statements referred to in Section 2.23 or that has been significant to the Company thereafter, has terminated, materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its purchases from or provision of products or services to the Company, as the case may be.
