Significant Customers and Suppliers. No customer or supplier which was significant to the Company during the period covered by the Financial Statements or which has been significant to the Company thereafter, has terminated or breached, materially reduced or threatened to terminate, breach or materially reduce its purchases from or provision of products or services to the Company, as the case may be.

Significant Customers and Suppliers. No customer which accounted for 10% or more of the Company's sales or revenues during the periods covered by the financial statements referred to in Section 2.5 or which has been significant to the Company thereafter has terminated, materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its purchases from the Company. Significant Customers and Suppliers. Section 2.28 of the Schedule of Exceptions sets forth a list of (a) each customer that accounted for more than one percent (1%) of the consolidated revenues of the Company during the last full fiscal year or the interim period through May 31, 2007 and the amount of revenues accounted for by such customer during each such period and (b) each supplier that is the sole supplier of any significant product to the Company or a Subsidiary. No such customer or supplier has indicated within the past year that it will stop, or decrease the rate of, buying products or supplying products, as applicable, to the Company or any Subsidiary. No unfilled customer order or commitment obligating the Company or any Subsidiary to process, manufacture or deliver products or perform services will result in a loss to the Company or any Subsidiary upon completion of performance. No purchase order or commitment of the Company or any Subsidiary is in excess of normal requirements, nor are prices provided therein in excess of current market prices for the products or services to be provided thereunder.
