The Union agrees to the restricted application of certain provisions of the Collective Agreement between the parties in the collective agreement. The provisions of the Collective Agreement that shall not apply to the Assistant position include Article 2.5 (e) (Part-time Employees), Article 8 (Hours of Work), Article 9 (Shift Differential), Article 10 (Overtime), and Article 8.5 (Workplace Flexibility). Those Articles shall be varied/replaced as follows: Article 2.5 (e): Part-time Employees The 4-hour shift minimum shall not apply to the Assistant position.

  • Facsimile Execution To evidence the fact that it has executed this Agreement, a Party may send a copy of its executed counterpart to the other Party by facsimile transmission. That Party shall be deemed to have executed this Agreement on the date it sent such facsimile transmission. In such event, such Party shall forthwith deliver to the other Party the counterpart of this Agreement executed by such Party.

  • Facsimile Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signature and a facsimile signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.
