Signatures and Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in more than one counterpart, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. The delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by electronic transmission shall be deemed to be valid delivery thereof. Scanned or digital signatures shall be deemed valid as original as related to this Agreement.
