Sickness Benefit. 11.1 In the event of the Executive being absent from work due to sickness or injury, the Company will continue to pay his normal salary (inclusive of any Statutory Sick Pay to which he may be entitled) for a period of up to 12 weeks during any rolling period of 12 months (“Company Sick Pay”). Thereafter, the payment of any further sick pay will be at the discretion of the Company and subject to the Company’s Sick Pay Policy from time to time. Company Sick Pay will be based on the Executive’s normal salary less any State benefits claimable by the Executive on account of his sickness or injury, less normal deductions. The Executive’s entitlement to Company Sick Pay is subject to his compliance with the sickness notification requirements set out in the Company’s HR Policies and Procedures on Interact.

Sickness Benefit. (1) Where a person has, since his last arrival in the territory of one Party, completed a contribution period under the legislation of that Party, then for the purpose of any claim to sickness benefit made under the legislation of that Party, any insurance period completed under the legislation of the other Party shall be treated in accordance with Article 11 as if it were an insurance period completed under the legislation of the former Party.

Sickness Benefit. 8.1 In the event that you are prevented by illness, accident or other injury from properly performing your duties, subject to your compliance with this clause 8 and the Company’s approval, you shall be entitled to receive sickness benefits in accordance with the Company's Sickness & Absence Policy. This policy may be amended from time to time at the Company’s discretion. Any payments made under this clause will include any Statutory Sick Pay payable and when it is exhausted will be reduced by Social Security Sickness Benefit or other benefits recoverable by you (whether or not recovered). For the avoidance of doubt your right to receive Company sickness payments will not prejudice or in any way limit the Company’s right to terminate your employment pursuant to this Agreement.
Sickness Benefit. Subject to the presentation, if requested, of medical certificates satisfactory to the Company, during absence due to sickness or accident, the Company will continue to pay salary for a maximum period of 6 weeks, yet not exceeding the end of the Agreement in accordance with the Company’s sickness pay plan in force from time to time. Should the incapacity exceed three months, the variable compensation will be reduced for every following month of incapacity in the respective business year by 1/12. Such compensation shall include any sums the Company is obliged to pay by applicable law to the Executive. The Company may reduce remuneration during incapacity by an amount equal to the benefit (excluding any lump sum benefit) which the Executive would be entitled to claim during such incapacity under the law applicable from time to time (whether or not the Executive claims such benefit). The Company may furthermore account for all benefits the Executive derives from private health insurance for the duration of his incapacity to work. The Executive hereby assigns to the Company all legal and financial entitlements he may have versus a third party in relation to any incapacity caused by such third party, yet limited by the maximum amount of Sickness benefit the Company provides to him under this Agreement. The Executive is obliged to provide the Company will all necessary information and proxy to exercise such entitlements versus the third party.
