Sickness and Disability. Except as set forth in Section 5 and Section 6, Employee shall receive full compensation for any period of illness or incapacity during the term of this Agreement.
Sickness and Disability a. Employee shall be entitled to such number of days sick leave in each year during the term of this Agreement because of sickness or accident (not resulting in Employee becoming "disabled," as that term is hereinafter defined) as may be approved by the Board of Directors] without any adjustment in his salary. Sick leave may be used by Employee only for a bona fide illness, disease, or other medical impairment. Unused sick leave may be carried over from one year to another. In the event that Employee takes sick leave in excess of the number of days allowed, then Employee shall not be paid his salary attributable to such excess days.

If the Employee is unable to perform the Employee's duties as a result of illness or injury, the Employee will inform the Employer of the reason for the Employee's absence no later than At least one hour before start time on the day of the absence or as soon as is reasonably possible. Sickness and Disability. 12.1 If and whenever the employee is incapable through illness or accident of performing his duties (absence) he shall after seven days of absenting himself from his employment obtain a doctor’s fit note for each week that he is absent.
Sickness and Disability a) No employee shall be discharged because of sickness or disability resulting from accident sustained while performing Corporation duties. On returning to work, the employee shall receive their former position provided such employee is not adjudged incapable of performing their former duties, in which case the Corporation will endeavour to find suitable work.

The Employer, at its own cost, agrees to provide and procure insurance coverage for Statutory Loss of Time Benefits for all its employees pursuant to the Disability Benefits Law of the State of New York. The cost of the coverage shall not be deducted from the wages of the employees.

The Executive's compensation and benefits pursuant to this Agreement shall not be reduced as a result of any sickness or disability suffered by the Executive; provided, however, that the Executive's compensation may be reduced as a result of a disability, so long as the sum of the salary paid by the Company or one of its subsidiaries and the benefits paid from any disability insurance policy maintained by the Company or one of its subsidiaries equals or exceeds the salary payable hereunder.
