Common use of Sick Time Clause in Contracts

Sick Time. Full-time employees shall be entitled to two (2) sick days per calendar year, accumulated on the basis of one-half (1/2) day per quarter. Employees shall have the opportunity to bank a maximum of six (6) sick days. Paid sick days will be based on the employee’s previous thirteen (13) week average hours worked.
