Sick Pay Plan. A Sick Pay Plan based on the following, shall apply to all employees:
Sick Pay Plan. 14B.01 The Sick Pay Plan set out in this Article 14B applies only to employees hired prior to July 31, 2009, who do not elect to transfer to IIP.
Sick Pay Plan. 17.01 The Company will, in the event of an employee’s ab- sence due to a bona fide illness or accident of six (6) days or less, provide a total of three (3) full or partial days of sick pay per year to be paid up to the employ- ee’s regular scheduled daily hours. Sick Pay Plan. Eligible Employees, upon retirement, shall receive pay for accumulated and unused sick days as follows:
Sick Pay Plan. The Employer agrees to establish a Sick Pay Plan along the following lines: Employees who have completed their probationary period shall commence to accrue sick pay based on one-half (2) day regular rate of pay per month to a maximum of six (6) days per year. Any unused sick days over three (3) remaining will be paid out to the employee no later than the third pay day in each December and the balance will continue to accumulate. If an employee is terminated for any reason or resigns he shall receive all accrued sick pay to date of termination.
Sick Pay Plan. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plan, sick pay will be provided as follows: - A benefit of 66 2/3% of monthly income to a maximum of $650.00 per week. - Payment will be made commencing on the forth (4th) day of absence in case of illness and on the first (1st) day of absence in the case of an accident which is not covered by Workers Compensation or in respect of an employee who is hospitalized during the three (3) day waiting period. If an employee has sufficient sick time they may choose to use their accumulated sick days before moving to the sick pay plan. - Benefits are payable for a maximum of seventeen (17) weeks. - Full-time employees shall accumulate sick days at the rate of one
Sick Pay Plan per scheduled working day On the second and subsequent claim there is a day waiting period. Benefits paid for up to scheduled working days annually with no more than days paid on any one (1) claim. The above may be amended from time to time as determined by the Board of Trustees.

Upon an employ- ee completing a sixty (60) calendar day probation- ary period, such employee will receive, in advance, a bank of sick days equal to one (1) day for each month remaining in the calendar year from the date of the completed probationary period. Upon the commencement of the next calendar year such
Sick Pay Plan. A Company Sick Pay Plan will be provided for the term of this Collective Agreement. Upon an employee completing a sixty (60) calendar day probationary period, such employee will receive, in advance, a bank of sick days equal to one (1) day for each month remaining in the calendar year from the date of the completed probationary period. Upon the commencement of the next calendar year such employee and all other employees will receive an advance of twelve (12) sick days. Such sick days may accumulate to a maximum of one hundred and forty (140) days. The accumulated bank of days would be reduced by one (1) day for each day an employee is absent on a scheduled working day by a non-compensable injury or illness. The Company reserves the right to require proof of such illness or injury. No employee can receive Sick Pay if he/she is in receipt of payment for such a day by some other means. It is understood that an employee will, upon completion of thirteen (13) continuous weeks of such illness or injury, be then covered by the Long Term Disability Benefit.
