SICK PAY ALLOWANCE. 21.1 After serving his probationary period, an employee shall be entitled to three (3) accumulated days Sick Leave based on one (1) day's Sick Leave allowance for each month of service. Future Sick Leave will be granted on the basis of one and one-half (1.5) days per month and any unused portion of such Sick Leave shall accumulate to the credit of such employee. All employees shall be entitled to Sick Leave with pay up to the amount of their accumulated sick leave credits.
SICK PAY ALLOWANCE. 27.01 An employee who, because of illness or injury, is unable to report for work at the regular hour must notify the Superintendent of Education/Facilities Services, or such other person as may be designated, before the regular starting time in time to get a replacement and to qualify for sick pay allowance. Employees who have been absent for more than one (1) day shall be required to call in prior to reporting for work.
SICK PAY ALLOWANCE. Subject to rule (a) above, after June 6, 1985 when a part time employee commences his/her second year of continuous employment and subsequently upon the commencement of each year of continuous employment thereafter they shall be credited with two hours of sick pay allowance per year for every twenty four (24) hours actually worked by the employee during the previous twelve (12) months up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours of sick pay allowance.
SICK PAY ALLOWANCE. 13.01 This coverage will be paid for and administered by the Company. Sick Pay Allowance will provide for the payment of the first three (3) days of any absence due to sickness, a maximum of twelve (12) days per calendar year, at one hundred percent (100%) of basic daily pay.
SICK PAY ALLOWANCE. ELIGIBILITY - All full time employees with three (3) months of continuous service with the Company are eligible. COVERAGE - The coverage is paid for and administered by the Company. Sick Pay Allowance provides for payment of the first five (5) days of any absence due to illness up to a maximum of ten (10) days per calendar year. The employees will be paid an allowance of seventy-five percent (75%) of basic daily pay. The seventy-five percent (75%) Sick Pay Allowance will be applied to full days or half days only. An employee who works more than one-half (½) day will not be eligible for the Sick Pay Allowance. An employee who works less than one-half (½) day will be eligible to receive the Sick Pay Allowance on one-half (½) day only.
SICK PAY ALLOWANCE. 4.01 The Company agrees to pay employees for three (3) sick days per year, for days not covered by insurance benefits. These days are not cumulative nor can they be carried over from year to year. The amount of pay will be seventy per cent (70%) of regular daily wages to a maximum of seventy dollars ($70.00) per day. In the event any of the sick days have not been used in any year, the employee will receive payment for the unused days in the aforementioned amount. Employees hired after January 23, 2000 will not receive entitlement under this article.

The employee must produce proper evidence that he is entitled to pay during such absence, if requested to do so by the Company. Such evidence, if requested, shall be requested prior to the employ- ee’s returning to work where the employee has notified the Company according to Article Any employee failing to notify the Company accord- ing to Article will be required to produce proper evidence upon return to work. Any employee abusing this privilege by attempting to collect Sick Pay Allowance under false pretences shall be subject to immediate dismissal.
SICK PAY ALLOWANCE. 20.01 Each permanent employee shall be credited with one and one half (1 ½) day’s sick leave for every month of regular attendance at work.
