Common use of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave. A. Regular full-time Employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of ten (10) hours for each calendar month of employment. Regular part-time Employees shall accrue sick leave on a ratio of the hours they work to a forty (40) hours week. No sick leave will accrue while on leave- without-pay.

An Employee may cash out sick leave on a ratio of separation from employment under the hours they work to a forty (40) hours week. No sick leave will accrue while on leave- without-pay.following conditions:

Regular partPart-time Employees shall accrue employees are entitled to sick leave equivalent to a full-time employee on a ratio of the hours they work to a forty (40) hours week. No sick leave will accrue while on leave- without-payprorated basis.
