Sick Leave. FOR REGULAR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES Regular full-time employees accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave for each month worked. Sick Leave. FOR REGULAR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES Section 1: Regular full-time employees shall accrue eight sick leave at the rate of 1 day (8) hours or 8 hours) of sick leave for each month workedof continuous employment.
