Sick Leave. 1. Members working 260 days per work year are entitled to fifteen (15a) paid sick days per year provided the member is in active pay status. Members working less than year round All full-time 12 month employees shall be entitled to 15 paid allowed twelve (12) days of sick leave per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) and all other full-time employees shall be allowed ten (10 days of sick leave per fiscal year. Days will be prorated for employees not working a full contractual year at the rate of 1.25 days per one (1) sick day a month provided the member is in active pay status, which may be prorated for partial work days and work yearsto their limit.
