Sick Leave Plan. (a) For the purpose of this Agreement, "sick leave" means the period of time a full time employee is permitted to be absent from work with pay by virtue of being sick, quarantined or disabled, or because of an accident for which compensation is not payable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.
