Common use of Sick Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Entitlement. ‌ Regular employees who have completed the probationary period will receive sick leave credits on the basis of seven and one-half (7½) hours every one hundred and sixty-two and one-half (162½) regular hours paid, to a maximum of two hundred (200) hours.

Sick Leave Entitlement. ‌ (a) Regular employees who have completed the probationary period will receive sick leave credits on the basis of seven and one-one half (7½7.5) hours every one hundred and sixty-two and one-half (162½162.5) regular hours paid, to a maximum of two one hundred and fifty (200150) hours.

This benefit shall apply to regular part-time employees on a pro rata basis.
