Sick Leave Deductions. Sick leave pay shall be computed on the basis of scheduled workdays and all claims shall be paid on this basis. Sick leave deductions shall be according to actual time off. An employee must apply for sick leave pay to cover periods of actual time lost from work owing to sickness or accident.
