Sick Leave Deduction. Two (2) additional days under the provisions of this section may be granted after the teacher has attained Continuing Contract status. These days will be deducted from the teacher’s accrual of sick leave. Effective beginning 2012-2013, this provision shall not apply to teachers hired on or after July 1, 2007, and teachers opting into the Post Employment Health Care Account as referenced in Article VII Section 9.

Sick Leave Deduction. A deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated vacation or sick leave accrual time according to the prorata portions of days of sick leave or vacation time, which is used to supplement worker's compensation.
