Sick Leave Credit. Section 3.04.160 of the Mendocino County Code shall be amended to authorize credit upon retirement of one hundred percent (100%) of the unused sick leave for purposes of calculating length of service for the determination of retirement benefits.

Sick Leave Credit. Effective in the first full pay period in July 2015 the parties agree to eliminate the employer paid retirement subsidy. Bargaining unit employees will pay their full share of the employee contribution to retirement.
