Sick Leave Credit Plan. 11.01 (a) Members, who had vested rights as of October 1, 1979 according to the provisions of the collective agreement which expired on December 31, 1978, shall have the number of days to their credit determined by the terms of the Agreement which expired on December 31, 1978. There shall be no further accumulation of sick leave credits from that previous plan.
Sick Leave Credit Plan. 37.9 A Teacher who was under contract as a Teacher with the Lennox and Xxxxxxxxx County Board of Education as of May 5, 1997, and who has not less than ten years of full-time service with the Limestone District School Board or its predecessor boards, shall receive an amount calculated in the manner outlined below upon termination of employment with the Board: Sick Leave Gratuity = Cumulative Sick Leave X ½ Salary of Current 200 School Year To a maximum gratuity of ½ year’s salary.
Sick Leave Credit Plan. 27.05 (a) On occasion of a bona fide illness or accident (non-compensable) of any member who has been employed in an authorized position for at least three (3) continuous months, leave of absence up to six hundred (600) hours with full pay will be granted to such member. Sick Leave Credit Plan. 23.01 (a) (i) All teachers shall be entitled to sick leave credits in accordance with the terms of this Article.

Sick Leave Credit Plan. 31.02.01 The Parties agree to grandparent the current Sick Leave Credit Retirement Gratuity Plans for Permanent Members hired on the date of or prior to the ratification of this Agreement as they apply in the respective predecessor Boards’ Collective Agreements. These Plans shall be attached to this Agreement.
Sick Leave Credit Plan. Sick Leave Credit Retirement Gratuities were frozen as of August 31, 2012. An employee is not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity or any non‐sick leave credit retirement gratuity (such as, but not limited to, service gratuities or RRSP contributions) after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the employee had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day. The following language applies only to those employees eligible for the gratuity above: The parties agree to grandparent the Sick Leave Credit Retirement Gratuity Plans for employees hired on the date of or prior to May 1, 1999 as they apply in the respective predecessor Boards’ Collective Agreements. Notwithstanding the above, the gratuity plan of the former Perth County Board of Education is deemed to apply to both full and part-time employees. For employees hired after May 1, 1999, the Sick Leave Gratuity Plan from the former Perth County Board (Policy 3:11) shall apply to both full and part-time employees. (See Appendix A re: Perth County Plan as per Board policy 3:11 amended as agreed to by the parties and Appendix B re: Huron County Plan from SEIU Local 210 Agreement).
Sick Leave Credit Plan. 20.00 Notwithstanding any other provision herein contained, no teacher may use any of their current sick leave credits for any purpose other than sickness of themselves or their immediate family.
