Sick Leave Credit. All employees will be able to draw on a block of nine days' sick leave when they commence employment. If all or part of this block of sick leave is used it will be paid back as sick leave is accumulated. If an employee ceases employment and has a negative balance in sick leave credits, this amount will be deducted from his/her final paycheque.
Sick Leave Credit. When special time off, as noted in 9.1 and 9.3 occurs while eligible employees are on sick leave credit, their pay will not be charged against sick leave credits and they will receive 100% payment at their base rate for normal scheduled hours.

Any employee who transfers to the Police Department from another department of the City of Avon shall be credited with the unused balance of his accumulated sick time.

Sick Leave Credit. Section 3.04.160 of the Mendocino County Code shall be amended to authorize credit upon retirement of one hundred percent (100%) of the unused sick leave for purposes of calculating length of service for the determination of retirement benefits.
Sick Leave Credit. 1. A flight attendant who is unable to perform her/his assigned trip(s) due to illness or injury will be credited for the scheduled value of the trip(s) missed, and will have the scheduled value of the trip(s) missed deducted from her/his sick leave bank. A flight attendant who flies a portion of such a trip will be credited with the portion flown.
