Sick Leave and Credits a) Each full time seniority employee shall be entitled to two (2) days of sick leave for each full month worked. Sick leave credits may be accumulated to a maximum of 260 days.
Sick Leave and Credits. For Permanent seniority employees, hired on or after September 1, 1991, the following will apply:

Each seniority employee with a work schedule of twenty-one (21) hours or less hired on or before December 31, 1981 whose work schedule is three (3) days (21 hours) per week, shall be entitled to one (1) day (7 hours) of sick leave for each full month worked or, if the work schedule is two and one-half (2½) days (17.5 hours) per week, shall be entitled to three-quarters (3/4) of a day (5.25 hours) of sick leave for each full month worked or, if the work schedule is two (2) days (14 hours) per week, shall be entitled to one-half (½) of a day (3.5 hours) of sick leave for each full month worked, and if the work schedule is less than two (2) days (14 hours) per week, shall not be entitled to sick leave credits.
Sick Leave and Credits a) Each full-time Member shall be entitled to two (2) days (fourteen hours (14) hours) of sick leave for each full month worked.
Sick Leave and Credits. Effective July 1, 1990 upon completion of the probationary period up to six (6) days [up to twenty- four (24) hours for employees whose work schedule is twenty (20) hours per week or up to twenty- eight point 8 (28.8) hours for employees whose work schedule is twenty four (24) hours per week] will be credited for employees whose work schedule if/or greater than twenty (20) hours per week. Up to three (3) days [up to 3 X the number of hours worked by the employee per day] will be credited to employees whose work schedule is less than twenty (20) hours per week.

(continued) Eligible employees hired on or after July shall have their sick leave days limited to a maximum of two hundred and forty (240) days if on a twelve (12) month schedule, or two hundred (200) days if on a ten (10) month schedule. The working year shall start on the first day of July annually for the purpose plan.

For seniority employees with a work schedule of twenty-one (21) hours or less hired on or after January the following will apply: new hires working three (3) days (21 hours) per week will be entitled to one (1) day (7 hours) of sick leave for each full month worked; new hires working less than three (3) days (21 hours) per week shall not be entitled to sick leave.
