Sick Leave Accrual. All eligible full-time employees shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one (1) working day per month commencing with the date of employment. Unused sick leave may be accumulated to any amount but a cap exists for payoff purposes (see Section 5.1.6). The sick leave accrual rate is prorated for eligible part time employees.
