Common use of Sick Leave Accrual Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Accrual. All 56-hour/week employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of 7-1/2 shifts per year (15 hours/month); 40-hour/week employees accrue at 16 days per year (10.7 hours/month).
