SHPO Consultation. The undertakings listed in Appendix C shall be exempt from Section 312 106 consideration and further consultation with the SHPO. These undertakings do not have 313 the potential to effect historic properties or their effects are foreseeable and likely to be 314 minimal. Additional undertakings may be added to Appendix C by mutual written agreement 315 of the FHWA, NMDOT, SHPO, ACHP, Indian Tribes. 316 317 VII. Standard Consultation and Review: NMDOT shall implement the following process for 318 undertakings that have the potential to affect historic properties and are not exempt from 000 XXXX xxxxxxxxxxxx (Xxxxxxxx X). Area of Potential Effects: The NMDOT shall be responsible for establishing the 323 undertaking and defining the area of potential effects (APE). The NMDOT and XXXX 000 have established appropriate APEs for the most common undertakings. These standards 325 are the maximum APE limits for evaluating potential effects. The undertaking-specific 326 APEs will conform to NMDOT guidelines (Stipulation V) and as specified below. The 327 NMDOT will provide SHPO with maps clearly delineating the APE and locations of 328 surveyed resources on project plans or project maps. 329

  • Consultations 1. A Party may request in writing consultations with the other Party with respect to any matter referred to in Article 174 (Scope of Application). 2.
