Common use of Show Up Time Clause in Contracts

Show Up Time. a) An employee who comes to work without having been notified that there is no work available, and who is sent home because of lack of work, will receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his prevailing hourly rate. The employee will also receive his full accommodation allowance if and when applicable.
