It is very dangerous to move heavy objects through entrances while the general public INCLUDING CHILDREN are still in attendance. You will be held li- able if you do not follow these rules and someone is injured due to your negligence. Security will be on-hand to enforce these rules. If you do not abide by this rule, you may not be invited back to the show in 2017. Furthermore, if this is again a problem at this year’s show, we will be forced to take performance deposits next year that won’t be refunded if you tear-down your display early. No exhibit can be removed prior to the close of the show! Check-in & Exhibitor Passes You will receive exhibitor passes at show registration! We will no longer mail exhibitor passes prior to the show. All exhibitors must register at the show headquarters between Thursday, April 27 starting at 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday, April 28 at 8:00am-3:00pm. At registration you will receive:  General show information  4 exhibitor passes for each of your workers. Please make arrangements with your staff/volunteers to distribute your passes. All exhibitors must have an exhibitor pass or a ticket in order to get into the show without paying. (PAHB has dis- count tickets available for members, packs of 10 for $30.00 only good on Saturday & Sunday, April 29-30, 2017). You will NOT be listed in the Show Brochure if you are not paid in full by March 17, 2017.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required.
