SHORT CHANGE OVER. If shifts are scheduled so that there are not twenty (20) hours between the start of an employee’s shift and the start of an employee’s next shift, overtime rates shall apply to hours worked on the succeeding shift within the twenty (20) hour period. If the shift is changed at the employee’s request, overtime rates shall not apply.

Employees must identify their interest and availability to the applicable manager.
SHORT CHANGE OVER a) If shifts are scheduled so that there are not thirteen (13) hours between the end of an employee’s shift and the start of the next shift, overtime rates apply to the hours worked on the succeeding shift within the thirteen hour (13) hour period. This provision shall not apply to employees with less than full-time hours who are offered and accept additional temporary hours of work. This Article shall not apply to employees sharing evening work in the Centres/Campuses. Hours of evening work may vary in start time and end time, depending on the arrangements mutually agreed to by supervisors and the employees affected, and in accordance with any other applicable Articles of the Collective Agreement.
SHORT CHANGE OVER. An employee who has worked overtime shall return to work on the employee’s next regular shift following the overtime, provided the employee has received eight (8) hours rest. An employee whose eight (8) hour rest period extends beyond the start of the employee’s next shift, and therefore does not report to work until the eight (8) hour rest period is complete, shall qualify for full pay for the employee’s next regular shift.

This Article shall not apply to employees sharing evening work in the Centres/Campuses.   • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.

  • CONTRACT ITEM CHANGES A. If a manufacturer discontinues a contracted item, that item will automatically be considered deleted from the contract with no penalty to Contractor. However, H-GAC may at its sole discretion elect to make a contract award to the next lowest Respondent for the item, or take any other action deemed by H-GAC, at its sole discretion, to be in the best interests of its Customers.

  • Change Order (5) The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.

  • Agreement Changes The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement and the Plan without your consent to the extent necessary or desirable to comply with the requirements of Code section 409A, the Treasury regulations and other guidance thereunder.

  • Room Change Residents may submit requests for housing assignment changes. Students are not permitted to move or trade spaces without administrative approval. Once a housing assignment change has been approved, the resident must move in accordance with prescribed timeframe and abide by all appropriate key policies. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and fees associated. Students are financially responsible for rate differential if applicable.
