Short Call Out. A Flight Attendant may be assigned out of time accrued order in the event the operation requires an assignment of a Flight Attendant to a trip sequence which is scheduled to depart in less than two (2) hours.

  • Call Out (a) With the exception of call-out, an employee who reports for work and on reporting to work finds no work available, shall be entitled to two (2) hours’ pay at their regular rate of pay. This payment shall not apply if, during the preceding workday, the Employer has notified the employee not to report for work on the day following. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, it shall be the intent of the Employer to notify an employee as to work assignments for the following day as soon as requirements are known.

  • Emergency Call Out A call‐out shall occur when supervisory personnel specifically require an employee to perform emergency work outside the regular scheduled hours. All employees shall be paid two (2) times the regular rate of pay for all time worked during a call‐out for a minimum of two (2) hours up to a maximum of three (3) hours. All additional time worked over the three (3) hours emergency call‐out shall be at the regular overtime rate of pay of the employee. Anytime an employee on standby is monitoring the work of others they shall receive emergency call‐out pay.

  • Call Outs a) Employees who have performed a regular shift and who respond to a request to return to work additional time shall be compensated as follows:

  • Call-Out Pay An employee who has already left the premises of the Company after completion of his scheduled shift, and who is recalled for work, shall be paid double his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on recall up to the starting time of his scheduled shift but, in any event, he shall be paid for not less than two (2) hours at double his regular straight time hourly rate.

  • Call-Out Time Where an Employee is called out for work, and no work is performed, he shall be paid four (4) hours except in the case of inclement weather, then he shall be paid only two (2) hours:

  • Move-Out If, for any reason, the New Tenant moves out of the rental premises before the lease has concluded they realize that it is their responsibility to find a replacement tenant. The New Tenant is to take reasonable steps to find a replacement roommate who is acceptable to the present roommates. If one of the roommates moves out, the New Tenant understands that it the Landlord/Principal Tenant’s responsibility to take reasonable steps to find a replacement tenant. The New Tenant understands that it is in the best interests of all roommates to replace any departing tenants.

  • SERS PICK-UP A. For purposes of this Article, total annual salary and salary per pay period for each member shall be the salary otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended. The total annual salary and salary per pay period of each member shall be payable by the Board in two parts: (1) deferred salary and (2) cash salary. A member’s deferred salary shall be equal to that percentage of said member’s total annual salary or salary per pay period which is required from time to time by the State Employment Retirement System (“SERS”) to be paid as an employee contribution by said member and shall be paid by the Board to SERS on behalf of said member as a “pickup” of the SERS employee contribution otherwise payable by said member. A member’s cash salary shall be equal to said member’s total annual salary or salary per pay period less the amount, subject to applicable payroll deductions, to said member. The Board’s total combined expenditures for members’ total annual salaries otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended, (including pickup amounts) and its employer contributions to SERS shall not be greater than the amounts it would have paid for those items had this provision not been in effect.

  • Float Positions The Employer may establish regular float positions which are consecutive hour shifts.

  • STRS PICK-UP A. The Board shall pick-up contributions to the State Teachers’ Retirement System paid on behalf of the employees in the bargaining unit utilizing the salary reduction method under the following terms and conditions:

  • Cash Out In the event of a Change in Control, the Committee may, in its discretion and upon at least ten (10) days’ advance notice to the Participant, cancel the Option and pay to the Participant the value of the Option based upon the price per Share of Common Stock received or to be received by other shareholders of the Company in the event. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at the time of a Change in Control the Exercise Price of the Option equals or exceeds the price paid for a Share of Common Stock in connection with the Change in Control, the Committee may cancel the Option without the payment of consideration therefor.
