Table 7-1 indicates shoreline uses, development and modifications that may be allowed or are prohibited in shoreline jurisdiction within each environment designation. Shoreline uses, developments and modifications are classified in the matrix as indicated below. Uses, developments and modifications that may be allowed according to the matrix must in all cases be consistent with all other applicable parts of the City’s Shoreline Master Program in order to be authorized by the City. Should any provision of Table 7-1 conflict with the text of the City’s Shoreline Master Program, the text shall prevail.
