Common use of Shopping Clause in Contracts

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes of improving economy, efficiency and transparency, the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $30,000 25,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $40,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of improving economy, efficiency paragraphs 3.5 and transparency, 3.6 of the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:Guidelines.

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or less per contract, but more than $30,000 5,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $90,500,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of improving economy, efficiency paragraphs 3.5 and transparency, 3.6 of the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:Guidelines.

Shopping. Goods and works estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes of improving economy, efficiency and transparency, the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods works or goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,0005,000-$30,000 equivalent:

Shopping. Goods and works estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes of improving economy, efficiency and transparency, the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods goods estimated to cost between less than $5,000-$30,00030,000 but more than $5,000:

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, contract and vehicles estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes of improving economy, efficiency and transparency, the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:.

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $600,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes national or international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of improving economy, efficiency paragraphs 3.5 and transparency, 3.6 of the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:Guidelines.

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $$ 30,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $ 100,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shoppinginternational or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. For purposes Part D: Review by the Association of improving economy, efficiency and transparency, the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:Procurement Decisions

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $30,000 25,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $240,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of improving economy, efficiency paragraphs 3.5 and transparency, 3.6 of the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:Guidelines.
