Common use of Shop Drawings Clause in Contracts

Shop Drawings. 3.11.1 The Contractor shall provide Shop Drawings if required by the Agreement or as the Contract Administrator may reasonably request. The Shop Drawings shall meet the requirements of the Agreement (including this 3.11, unless otherwise stipulated elsewhere in the Agreement or agreed to by the Contract Administrator) and the Contractor shall carry out the Work in accordance with Shop Drawings which meet such requirements. The Contractor shall not perform any portion of the Work covered by or affected by Shop Drawings until the Contract Administrator has completed its review of such Shop Drawings for construction in accordance with the procedure referred to in the Agreement.
