Shop Drawings and Samples. Review and approve or take other appropriate action in respect to Shop Drawings and Samples and other data which Contractor is required to submit, but only for conformance with the information given in the Contract Documents and compatibility with the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated by the Contract Documents. Such reviews and approvals or other action will not extend to means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction or to safety precautions and programs incident thereto. Engineer shall meet any Contractor’s submittal schedule that Engineer has accepted.
Shop Drawings and Samples. After checking and verifying all field measurements, the CM will submit to the AE and Owner for approval, in accordance with the acceptable schedule of Shop Drawing submission, five copies of all Shop Drawings, which shall have been checked by and stamped with the approval of the CM and identified as the AE may require. The data shown on the Shop Drawings will be complete with respect to dimensions, design criteria, materials of construction and the like to enable the AE to review the information as required. The CM will also submit to the AE for approval with such promptness as to cause no delay in the Work, all samples required by the Contract Documents. All samples will have been checked by and stamped with the approval of the CM, identified clearly as to material, manufacturer, any pertinent numbers and the use for which intended.
Shop Drawings and Samples. In collaboration with the Architect/Engineer, establish and implement procedures for expediting the processing and Architect/Engineer's approval of shop drawings, samples, and other submittals. Engineer has an obligation to meet any Contractor’s submittal schedule that has earlier been acceptable to Engineer. The Engineer shall determine what aspects of the Work shall be the subject of submittals, and shall not knowingly permit such aspects to proceed in the absence of approved submittals.

Shop Drawings and Samples. A. Submit all drawings, diagrams, illustrations, schedules, performance charts, instructions, specifications and other product data illustrating portions of the Work as required by the specification sections. Such submittals, whether or not referred to as shop drawings, shall comply with the requirements for shop drawings herein prescribed. Unless otherwise noted in the specification sections, submit a minimum of one (1) set of reproducibles and three (3) sets of blueline prints of shop drawings to Project Manager. The reproducible set will be returned to Construction Manager unless otherwise requested. Reproductions of Contract Documents or standard printed documents are not acceptable as shop drawings.
