Shop Drawing Review. If, as part of this Agreement Engineer reviews Contractor submittals, such as shop drawings, product data, samples and other data, as required by Engineer, these reviews and approvals shall be only for the limited purpose of checking for conformance with the design concept and the information expressed in the contract documents. This review shall not include review of the accuracy or completeness of details, such as quantities, dimensions, weights or gauges, fabrication processes, construction means or methods, coordination of the work with other trades or construction safety precautions, all of which are the sole responsibility of the Contractor. Engineer shall not be responsible for any deviations from the contract documents not brought to the attention of Engineer in writing by the contractor. Engineer shall not be required to review partial submissions or those for which submissions of correlated items have not been received.

Shop Drawing Review. CLIENT agrees that XXXXXX'x review of shop drawings, when such review is included in the scope of services, shall be solely for their conformance with XXXXXX'x design intent and conformance with information given in the construction documents. XXXXXX shall not be responsible for any aspects of a shop drawing submission that affect or are affected by the means, methods, techniques, sequences and operations of construction, safety precautions and programs incidental thereto, all of which are the Contractor's responsibility. The Contractor will be responsible for lengths, dimensions, elevations, quantities and coordination of the work with other trades. CLIENT warrants that the Contractor shall be made aware of his responsibilities to review shop drawings and approve them in these respects before submitting them to XXXXXX.
Shop Drawing Review. Where required under the Purchase Order, Seller shall furnish promptly all shop drawings, product samples and other data required to be submitted for review. Review of such drawings and other information by JEG or Owner shall not relieve Seller in any way of complying with all requirements of any specifications, drawings or other documents forming the Purchase Order and Seller shall remain liable for such compliance, regardless of whether or not JEG or Owner have reviewed such drawings, samples or other information furnished by Seller.
Shop Drawing Review. The Consultant shall review shop drawings and other data that the Contractor is required to submit. Consultant shall examine for compliance with design concept and recommend to County, approval or rejection of shop drawings and of material and equipment submitted as qualified for use in the project, based on literature and samples supplied by the Contractor through the County. Consultant shall submit to the County original drawings that will reflect all amendments to the Contract Documents. Consultant shall prepare any necessary change orders and assemble written guarantees required of the Contractors.
Shop Drawing Review. The CONSULTANT shall receive Shop Drawings provided by the Contractor and distribute the Shop Drawings to the CITY for review. The CONSULTANT shall review the Shop Drawings for general conformance with the Contract Documents and incorporate CITY comments on the Shop Drawings, then distribute the review comments to the Contractor. The CONSULTANT shall review up to thirty (30) Shop Drawings (assuming 20 submittals and 10 resubmittals). The CONSULTANT shall maintain a shop drawing log to the track shop drawing review process, for CONSULTANT use only.

Shop Drawing Review. Shop drawings and submittals provided by the contractor in accordance with the design documents will be reviewed by XXXX & XXXX for compliance with the design concept and contract requirements. XXXX & XXXX estimates 10 original submittals and up to two (2) resubmittals will be reviewed. XXXX & XXXX will maintain a log of submittals to include submittal number, subject, date received, reviewer, action taken, and date returned. If during the shop drawing review process the contractor requests substitute materials and/or equipment, the XXXX & XXXX will provide a recommendation on the submittal to the COUNTY. Requests for Information (RFI’s) XXXX & XXXX will receive and respond to RFI’s related to questions, concerning the contract documents related to design intent, suggested alternatives, or field conditions. XXXX & XXXX will interpret the meaning of the contract documents and will provide required responses or explanations of the design intent and requirements. XXXX & XXXX will also prepare and maintain a RFI log, noting the date received, subject, resolution and date response was returned to the contractor. RFI replies will be in writing and will be done expeditiously. Site Visits XXXX & XXXX shall make a minimum of one (1) site visit per week during the construction phase and at other specific times as required to properly certify the project. Site visits will be used to observe key activities such as tie- ins, pressure/leak tests, pipe-bursting and addressing concerns in the field. XXXX & XXXX has budgeted 10 site visits for the Construction Phase Services. Substantial and final punch lists to be provided electronically to COUNTY and Contractor. Shop Drawing Review. Review Contractor provided shop drawings. Only one review period is included in basic fee. Additional reviews due to substitutions, contractors' failure to comply with specifications, etc., shall he considered extra service and should be paid by the submitting contractor.
