Mocht de levering vanuit de Verenigde Staten plaatsvinden, dan vindt deze F.O.B. plaats (Incoterms 2000). Voorzover niets anders schriftelijk tussen de partijen werd overeengekomen, zal MSC de leveringsvoorwaarden vastleggen. In the absence of shipping and packing instructions, Seller shall use its own discretion in choice of carrier and method of packing. Shipping Point. Unless Purchaser instructs Aspect otherwise, Aspect will select a carrier and arrange shipment and appropriate freight, packing and related charges will be added to the invoice.
