Shipping of Products. 5.1. Bitmain shall deliver the Products in accordance with the shipping schedule to the first carrier or the carrier designated by the Purchaser.
Shipping of Products. 4.1 The Parties agree that the shipping of the Products shall be completed as follows:
Shipping of Products. (a) All materials required for shipment of products, including but not limited to all boxes, packages, packing materials, tape, and labels shall be provided by Drugstore at its own expense.
Shipping of Products. AGB agrees to ship to HESKA the instrument Products and the test strip Products within ninety (90) days of its acceptance of HESKA’S purchase orders. In the event of its inability to make a complete shipment as accepted by AGB, AGB shall notify HESKA immediately of the possible shipping date. Both parties shall discuss and amicably agree to adjust the shipping date if AGB’S shipping date causes HESKA any inconvenience.
Shipping of Products. NutraCea shall use its good faith efforts to ship the Products within a reasonable amount of time after receipt of Distributor’s order for the Product. Distributor shall provide NutraCea with a list of shipping instructions. All costs of shipment shall be billed to Distributor in accordance with Section 8 below.
Shipping of Products. 4.1. The Seller shall deliver the Products within 5 days after the purchaser makes payment in full to the first carrier or the carrier designated by the Purchaser.

Unless otherwise agreed by all Parties in writing, SPIL shall package and ship Products CIP (Carriage Insurance Paid) the point of delivery designated in the applicable Purchase Order (Incoterms 2010) in accordance with applicable Laws, including quality control regulations and further including the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China applicable to the importation of the Product. Each Product shipment shall include (i) applicable Product Documentation for such Product, including product codes, quantities, batch numbers and expiration dates of such Product, and (ii) an invoice identifying such Products. SPIL shall arrange for shipment and shipping insurance of the Products at the cost [***]. All CHINA duties and customs fees in connection with such shipment shall be paid by [***].
Shipping of Products. 7.1. NuMiner shall deliver the Products in accordance with the shipping schedule to the first carrier or the carrier designated by the Purchaser.
Shipping of Products. 4.1 The Purchaser must indicate place of delivery, and Bitmain will ship the Product(s) to such designated place. If the Purchaser fails to provide Bitmain with the delivery place or the delivery place provided by the Purchaser is a false address or does not exist, Bitmain may issue the Purchaser a notice of self-pick-up (which shall specify the self-pick-up location) and ask the Purchaser to pick up the Products itself. The earliest date for self-pick-up mentioned in the above notice shall be deemed as the delivery date. Bitmain shall be deemed to have completed the delivery obligation under this Agreement when the Purchaser receives the above notice. The Purchaser shall pick up all the Products within [5] working days after receiving the notice from Bitmain. Otherwise, Bitmain is entitled to charge the Purchaser the storage fee, warehousing charge and other fees according to the standard of USD-0.15 / unit/ day.
Shipping of Products. Triumph shall ship to Dealer the Products set forth in an accepted order to Dealer, within a reasonable time after Triumph's acceptance of such order; provided, however, that the parties understand and agree that lead times will vary according to manufacturing and other conditions and that any and all shipping dates shall be approximate and shall be computed from the date that an order is accepted by Triumph. Triumph may from time to time designate the point(s) from which any shipments and deliveries of the Products shall he made to Dealer. Triumph may ship the Products by such mode of transportation and on such route as it selects from time to time. Procedures for shipping and delivery shall be according to such terms and conditions as Triumph may adopt from time to time. Freight, delivery and all related charges for Products shipped to Dealer shall be Dealer's sole responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any carrier of Products for delivery to Dealer shall be deemed Dealer's agent, regardless of whether the carrier is selected by Triumph or Dealer, and regardless of whether shipping is paid for by Dealer or Triumph.
