Shipping and Insurance. The Foundation shall reimburse Evotec for (A) all costs of carriage, customs duties and insurance incurred by Evotec in connection with the delivery of the Services Deliverables to the Foundation (or such third party specified by the Foundation) and (B) all costs and expenses incurred by Evotec in connection with the delivery of such Services Deliverables (collectively, the “Shipping and Insurance Costs”).
