Common use of Shipping and Delivery Clause in Contracts

Shipping and Delivery. 6.1 Shipping dates will be established by Cisco upon acceptance of Purchase Orders from Integrator. Shipping dates will be assigned as close as practicable to the Integrator’s requested date based on Cisco’s then-current lead times for the Products. Unless, given written instruction by Integrator, Cisco shall select the carrier.

UnlessCisco will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Integrator of the actual scheduled shipping date within five (5) days by posting such notification on CCO, or provide written notification within ten (10) working days after receipt of order.
