Shipping and Delivery a. The prices are the delivered price to any Purchasing Entity. All deliveries shall be F.O.B. destination, freight pre-paid, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the Contractor. Responsibility and liability for loss or damage shall remain the Contractor’s until final inspection and acceptance when responsibility shall pass to the Purchasing Entity except as to latent defects, fraud and Contractor’s warranty obligations. The minimum shipment amount, if any, will be found in the special terms and conditions. Any order for less than the specified amount is to be shipped with the freight prepaid and added as a separate item on the invoice. Any portion of an Order to be shipped without transportation charges that is back ordered shall be shipped without charge.
Shipping and Delivery a. Scheduled shipping dates will be assigned by Cisco as close as practicable to Customer’s requested date based on Cisco’s then-current lead times for the Products. Cisco will communicate scheduled shipping dates in the order acknowledgement or on Xxxxx.xxx. Unless given written instruction by Customer, Cisco shall select the carrier.
Shipping and Delivery. ALL Prices are FOB at purchasers loading dock. Supplier shall notify Purchaser at the time of shipment of the product as to the quantity picked up, if different than that which is set forth on the Purchase Order. Shipping quantities may not vary from those established by the Purchase Order unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties.
Shipping and Delivery. 1. All packages must list the Purchase Order number on the outside of each package. Failure to list Purchase Order number as required may cause refusal of packages. Reshipment shall be at the vendor's own expense.

All Product deliveries to the Customer and End Users, if any, will be made “EXW” Electro’s Facility (“EXW” also known as “EX Works”, named place of delivery)1 or FAS Electro’s place of origin (“FAS” also known as Free Alongside ship”, named port of shipment)2 (EXW and FAS, each a “Shipping Option”), as defined in Incoterms 2010. Subject to Electro’s right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier shall constitute delivery to the Customer, and title and risk of loss shall thereupon pass to the Customer. Selection of the shipping carrier and delivery route shall be made by Electro unless specified by Customer. Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Electro are estimates only and Electro shall not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform for any reason, including but not limited to those causes beyond Electro’s control. The shipping carrier is not Electro’s agent, nor shall the shipping carrier be deemed to be Electro’s agent. Delivery of a quantity of Product, which varies from the quantity specified, shall not relieve Customer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Product delivered. Delay in delivery of any Product installment, in any amount or number, shall not entitle the Customer to cancel any other Product installments. The Customer’s requested Shipping Option shall be indicated on the Purchase Order. The Customer shall pay the shipping and handling charges for the shipping and delivery of the Product, in addition to the purchase price for the Product, which will be 1 EXW- EXWorks- the sellers only responsibility it to make the goods available at the seller’s premises. The buyer bears full cost and risks of moving the goods from there to the destination.

Shipping and Delivery. Manufacturer agrees not to ship Product to Rhythm or its designee until it has received a written approval from Rhythm or Rhythm’s designee to release and ship. Manufacturer will ensure that each Batch will be delivered to Rhythm or Rhythm’s designee, (a) on the delivery date and to the destination designated by Rhythm in writing, and (b) in accordance with the instructions for shipping and packaging specified by Rhythm in the applicable Work Order or as otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing. Delivery terms will be FCA (Incoterms 2000), or as specified in the applicable Work Order. A xxxx of lading will be furnished to Rhythm with respect to each shipment.
Shipping and Delivery. 6.1 Shipping dates will be established by Cisco upon acceptance of Purchase Orders from Integrator. Shipping dates will be assigned as close as practicable to the Integrator’s requested date based on Cisco’s then-current lead times for the Products. Unless, given written instruction by Integrator, Cisco shall select the carrier.
