SHIFTS-HOURS OF WORK-OVERTIME. 10.1 The hours of work per week or month shall be as regulated by particular contract which the Contractor has to perform and shall be arranged to meet the requirements of the Contractor as best suits the calendar time allowed by the contract for completion.
SHIFTS-HOURS OF WORK-OVERTIME. SECTION 1. Work may commence or finish at any time to comply with the owner's requirements. The employee's time shall start at the job site and end at quitting time on the job site, excluding lunch period.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 12.01 The following paragraphs and sections are intended to define the normal hours of work and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week, or of days of work per week.
