Shift Turnover. Employees who relieve another will assure sufficient discussion occurs between the counterparts of the shift that is coming off duty and the one that is coming on duty to ensure that the shift is being turned over as safely and efficiently as possible.
Shift Turnover. 31.6.1 A shift turnover allowance will be paid to employees who have been authorized to perform shift turnovers, based on the criteria in Sections 31.6.2 and 31.6.3 and in compliance with the chart below.

Shift Turnover. Employees required to perform a shift turnover outside an employee’s regular shift will be paid in accordance with Article 6, Section 3.
Shift Turnover. Employees will not be required to perform production work or report for specific instructions that are in connection with their work assignment prior to the start of their shift without compensation. The movement of toolboxes and equipment are considered a duty assignment.
