Common use of Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Premium. A. Shift premium for employees assigned to a shift in which a majority of time worked daily or weekly is between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. will be one dollar ($1.00) per hour.

Shift Premium. A.
