Common use of Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

Shift Premium. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee Employees shall be paid receive a shift premium of ninety-one dollar and five cents (95c/ $1.05) per hour for each hour worked shift, which commences at or between 1500 hours 1400 and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked 2400 hours. Such premium shall not be included in conjunction with the day shiftcomputation of overtime.

Shift Premium. Shift Premium. Shift Premium. Effective July 143.01 An employee who works between 7.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m., 2020Monday through Thursday, an employee shall be paid receive a shift premium of ninety-five eighty cents (95c/ 80¢) per hour for each hour worked all hours of work or portion thereof, between 1500 hours 7.00 p.m. and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked 6.00 a.m. in conjunction with addition to his/her regular pay. Shift premium will not be subject to the day shiftovertime provisions as outlined in Article 29 - Overtime.
