Shift Nursing. As shift nursing is a separate classification, provisions such as Hours of Work, Premium Payment, Shift Premium, Scheduling, Vacation and Compensation in the Collective Agreement do not apply. The following terms and conditions shall, however, apply:
Shift Nursing. 1.0 (a) Articles of Hours of Work, Scheduling, Vacation and Weekend Work will not apply to Shift Nursing.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

General Review semestinya diadakan lima tahun setelah dilaksanakannya perjanjian. namun Jepang menunda pelaksanaan kegiatan ini sampai diubahnya Peraturan Menteri Keuangan yang diklaim tidak sesuai dengan IJEPA. Padahal sebelumnya Indonesia sudah menawarkan Jepang agar memberi usulan terkait peraturan ini sebelum diterbitkan. Indonesia masih mengejar kepentingannya untuk memenuhi perundingan ulang terkait tarif bea masuk xxx tarif impor yang belum terlaksana secara efektif. Selain berkenaan tentang kepentingan nasional, Indonesia sebenarnya juga tidak menetapkan tujuan yang jelas yang akan dicapai dalam kerjasama ekonomi ini. Diplomasi ekonomi yang diupayakan indonesia dalam kerjasama ekonomi bilateral ini didasari oleh beberapa faktor seperti latar belakang sejarah, hubungan perdagangan xxxx xxxxxx menguntungkan, xxx juga kemajuan perekonomian Jepang. Indonesia juga bergantung kepada situasi ekonomi Jepang karena kegiatan impor,ekspor, xxx investasi yang berlangsung memberi dampak terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dilihat dari nilai perdagangan yang terus mengalami tren kenaikan. Meskipun menguntungkan,Indonesia harus terus bersikap tegas dalam melaksanakan perjanjian ini xxxxxx xxxxx banyak kepentingan nasional dari kerjasama bilateral ini yang belum sepenuhnya tercapai. Melalui analisis komprehensif terhadap kendala yang tidak kondusif bagi Indonesia dalam tinjauan umum IJEPA. Indonesia akan melanjutkan upayanya untuk mewujudkan kepentingan nasionalnya melalui kerja sama ini.   • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties.   • Social Services For Applicants residing in a state NB is licensed, NB will conduct the home study and post-placement services. If the Applicant resides outside of NB's service area, NB, in cooperation with the Applicant, will select a Local Home Study Agency to conduct direct social services. The Applicant understands and consents to the professional exchange of their information between NB and the local home study agency.

  • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE 233. Pursuant to the Charter, the City contributes whatever rate is applicable per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. Subsequent City contributions will be set pursuant to the Charter.
