Shift Loadings. 27.3.1 The following shift loading shall apply:

All Other Staff Type of Shift Loading Early morning shift - any shift commencing before 6.00am 10% Afternoon shift - any shift finishing after 6.30pm and at or before 8.30pm 10% Late Afternoon shift - any shift finishing after 8.30pm and before midnight 12.5% Night shift – any shift finishing at or after midnight and at or before 8.00am 15% Permanent Night Shift - means any shift system in which shifts are worked which do not rotate or alternate with other or another shift so as to give the employee at least one third of their working time off night shifts in each roster period 30% Saturday – any shift on a Saturday 50% Sunday - any shift on a Sunday 75% Public Holiday – any shift on a Public Holiday 150% SCHEDULE 8 INDIVIDUAL FLEXIBILITY ARRANGEMENT
Shift Loadings. (a) A shift loading of 15% shall apply to ordinary afternoon and or night shifts which rotate with day work so as to give employees at least one third of their time off afternoon or night shift.
Shift Loadings. (a) An Employee who is a Shift Worker who works an Afternoon Shift or a Night Shift must be paid 15% loading on the base rate of pay.

Shift Loadings. (a) Afternoon shift - employees performing work on afternoon shift shall be paid a shift loading of 17.5% on the employee’s ordinary hour rate of pay for all ordinary hours of work conducted.
Shift Loadings. 1.1(a) A shift worker whilst on afternoon or night shift other than a Saturday, Sunday or holiday shall be paid for such shift 15% more than his/her ordinary rate.

The following shift loadings are paid in addition to base hourly rates; Shift Shift Loading Afternoon Shift (other than by-products staff and Levels 1 and 2) –commencing at or after 2pm & concluding before or at midnight 7.5% Afternoon Shift – (Levels 1 and 2 only) commencing at or after 2pm &concluding before or at midnight 10.5% Late Afternoon Shift – (Levels 1, 2 and 3) - concluding between midnight &2:30am 25% Late Afternoon Shift – (other than Levels 1, 2 and 3) - concluding betweenmidnight & 2:30am 15% Early AM Shift – (Levels 4 and 5A) commences on or after 1am and concludingat or before 11am 30% Night Shift (All staff) - a shift concluding after 2.30am & before 9am 30% Afternoon Shift (By Products) - concluding at or before midnight 12.5% Please note; • Shift loadings are not payable during periods of overtime. • Shift loadings are not taken into account when calculating any other entitlement, except for statutory Superannuation contributions. If you are a shift worker and your normal rostered hours commence on a Friday and continue into Saturday and/or commence on a Sunday and extend into Monday, your entire shift will be deemed to be worked on a Friday and a Monday.
