Shift Changes. Where an employee’s shift has been changed and the notice of a shift change is less than one (1) week, the Employer shall pay two (2) hours at straight time rates of the employee’s regular hourly rate in lieu of the notice.

Inclement Weather In the event of a part-time employee reporting for work in the ordinary course of his employment and not being able to perform his regular work because of inclement weather, they shall be provided with work for half of their scheduled shift or pay in lieu thereof.
