Common use of Shift and Weekend Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift and Weekend Premium. (a) Effective July 1, 2013 – an employee who is required by her Employer to work the evening and/or night shift shall receive a shift differential of eighty-five cents (85¢) per hour for each hour worked in addition to her regular pay.
