Common use of Shift and Weekend Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift and Weekend Premium. Employees (a) An employee shall be paid a shift premium of fortyeighty-five cents (45¢85¢) per hour for all each hour worked between the hours worked where the majority of their scheduled i1500 hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.
